I just realized today that I never unpacked the crock pot & I have no more boxes left. Guess it's time for a new one.
Recommend yours. Mine was basic & I'd like to upgrade a bit.
Re: Recommend your crock pot
I have a basic one right now and I hate it. It has two settings "Low" and "High" but is more like "High" and "Really effing High."
I've been looking at these two recently:

I got this one at Costco. Love it.
This is the one I was looking at on Target's website, but it has the locking lid. I'm debating if I travel with it enough to spend the extra $20 on a locking lid.
Spend the extra $20. I do have the one with the locking lid, I didn't realize this one didn't. I love my locking lid because I take food into work all the time. So worth it.
I have the older version of this one http://www.hamiltonbeach.com/products/stay-or-go-slow-cookers-stay-or-go-6-quart-slow-cooker-33263.html
I like it but I wish it had a timer. My next one definitely will. I like the locking lid because even though I don't take it places often its nice to have it locking when we do take it places. E takes it to work every so often for potlucks so its great for that.
This was just released today: http://www.crock-pot.com/Product.aspx?cid=113&pid=9602
This is awesome. And now I want to order a new crock pot!
