Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Of these two, I prefer Round Peg Communications.
Since the saying is "you can't fit a square peg in a round hole...." Calling yourself square peg seems kind of weird - since you can't really change the type of hole that the peg needs to fit into.
So, if you call yourself Round Peg - it would seem that your company knows how to tailor the communications (the "peg") to fit into the Round Hole.
(Does that make sense?)
Not sure whether I like Round Peg or Common Good better. I think I like them about the same.... although, Common Good makes me think that you're more into working for non-profits and good causes.
