The house is in our price range.
In a fabulous neighborhood.
Sunroom with slate patio:
Hot tub, wooded lot (almost an acre), swing
Not to mention the two brick fireplaces, 2900 square feet (we live in 1230 right now), two car garage...
And we are putting a deck on our house right now, while I convince myself we can stay there another 2-3 years... booooooooooooooo.

Love that patio/sunroom.
That backyard is nice too. We have a similar wooded backyard but ours if filled with pine trees and I'll take leaves anyday over those pine needles.
