Sometimes i think we need a chat room...
cause I'm bored and would love to "live chat" (that sounds creepy kinda) instead of keep checking for new posts.
It's DH's birthday and he's playing poker with friends. I just made my very first roman shade from a mini blind (yay!) but am waiting for it to dry.

I'm home alone cooking dinner. The boys ran an errand before I got home and aren't back yet. I'm making spaghetti and I am curious what kind of meat you all use when making something like sloppy joe/spaghetti/meatloaf, etc.
I never know what to buy, ground chuck, round, blah blah blah, what ever I bought is supper greasy.
Tricky - I actually always use ground turkey. It's not as good for burgers (flavor is off), but for stuff like tacos, spaghetti, or sloppy joes where the flavor is covered anyway, it's great.
I'm at work. 2 hours and 18 minutes until I'm on VACATION! My BFF flew in from Cinci yesterday and we're headed up to Santa Barbara for a weekend full of wine tasting, museums, shopping, hiking, pedicures, etc. Can.not.wait. Tonight, we're going out for margaritas to kick things off right.
However, I need to finish up this treatment that I'm working on first, which means I need feedback from the director. He hadn't responded since I sent the first draft to him 2 hours ago, so I just gave him a call and he apparently never received my first email. ACK. Don't want to be stuck here late tonight!
