We have a lot of these too! DH has nicknames for everyone, and mostly they're not very nice and I sometimes have to stop myself from saying them to their faces.
Nothing that would make sense to anyone else but we have several "secret handshakes" and they often involve chest bumping.
We do say "Hey Barb, Check out the t!ts on these dice" a lot when we see annoying people because some chick yelled it in the middle of a store in Amsterdam and it made us laugh...
