Poll: Which front elevation do you like better?
We are in the process of designing our house and we are learning that every little choice can add to or subtract from the bottom line. Even the type of roof line can add thousands to the cost of the house. We have been back and forth with the architect for the last two weeks and we finally are getting close. Please help us decide which option to choose. TIA!

I actually really like option A and not just because it's cheaper (although it's definitely a nice perk!)
P.S. I just adore the porch!!

I personally would go with Choice A in this case, because B while more expensive doesn't do enough (in my opinion) to change the overall aesthetic of the home enough to warrant that much of a price difference, ya know?
Both are attractive, yet similar. Do A girl, save the $$ and throw it towards a pimped out kitchen! (or shoes! LOLOL)
I like A better! I like the roof slopeing (that does not look right? to slope - how do you spell that?!) down on the sides, as opposed to down in front. When it slopes in front, it sort of overwhelms the house, all I see is ROOF. :-)
both are really beautiful, though! I'm jealous!!
I too like choice A. I decided on which one I liked before I knew which one was more expensive, so price definitely had nothing to do with my choice. I think choice A is more aesthetically pleasing. I think there is too much roof going on in choice B and it takes away from the look. But overall they are both beautiful, so you can't go wrong either way. Good luck with everything!
