I'm going to be making hummus sometime soon (just need to go out and finally get the ingredients) and was wondering what you all eat it on. I don't really like it on carrots, and I'd like a lower-fat option than crackers, which is how I often eat it.
So how do you eat your hummus?

Re: Hummus with ?
I eat hummus and carrots every day.
My mom would serve it with literally everything. I would have it on salads, with pita, with hard boiled eggs... honestly, anything.
What about crispbread? Or another veggie?

I've heard of a hummus-guacamole dip that could be awesome and open up options.
Pita chips and sandwich spreads come to mind. Red bell peppers?

Yuuuuum. I'll try it with almost anything, I love hummus. Last week I had some with apple slices and it was good.
This is how I eat it.
Any vegetable that can be dipped (celery, zucchini sticks, carrots, red pepper, whatever).
Pita bread, pita chips, crackers, flour tortillas (whole wheat tortillas are yummy).
Yum. It's good on so many things. Even use it as a spread for chicken sandwiches. I'm particularly fond of it with grilled egglant and/or zucchini.
