Why won't they set a closing date?
We got an offer on our house over a month ago. The people are doing a FHA loan. We are buying a new house and have had appraisals done on both houses. We are trying to do back to back closings. All paper work is done and they haven't asked us for anything for a while. Why won't they set a closing date? They just keep telling us, it will probably be next week sometime. I'd like to know so I can plan. We have 7 days after closing to move. I need to plan child care, moving truck, utilities switched, etc...It is very stressful and frustrating.
Anyone can be cool, but awesome takes practice!

The 22nd, but we were told that we were be closing sooner! Guess I'm just excited, and stressed out.
