It's great. and has the magnetic closures that put the ipad to sleep.
Though I just ordered one from www.1saleaday.com for the one with the keyboard..

I bought this one, but I bought is brand new on ebay for a cheaper price. The main reason I bought this one was the cover over the glass is thick, and I like that I can use the case to stand the iPad on it's side.
