I'm looking for a "Baby's First Christmas" ornament for DS. I'd like to find one that I can personalize with his name, the year, and slip a photo in. I've been looking on Etsy but I haven't found anything I love yet.

Have you checked Hallmark? They usually have really cute/tasteful ornaments. Hobby Lobby? There was a ton of cute ones when I was there-none that I loved, but cute.
For the twins I got a lowercase "m" and "a". Hers is pink polkadot and his is blue polkadot. I added 2011 and a "note" on the back for when they get older. I couldn't find ANYTHING I liked.
You could probably paint his name and the year on the back of something like this
