1. Have you started shopping? Yes... I've been picking up things here and ther since about April. I'm about 1/2 way done at this point.
2. Will you black Friday shop? Nope. I'm not a morning person and I much prefer cyber Monday to all the crowds... Plus we are traveling that day.
3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? Yes! I'm stoked about my MILs gift. I made a collage of her favorite family pictures in Picasa and made it into a lampshade through Lamp In A Box. It turned out awesome and I know it's totally her kind of thing.
4. What ideas do you have for your husband? (this is the main point of the post lol) obviously, I'm at a loss here. I do have some expensive chocolate for a stocking stuffer and I got him a handheld luggage scale that he thought was really cool.

1. Have you started shopping? Yup - I started with the Borders closing sales.
2. Will you black Friday shop? Yup - my sister is sleeping over Thanksgiving night so we can go together. Although, I don't know how much sleeping we'll do since so many stores are opening at 10 pm or midnight.
3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? We're getting my sister a cotton candy machine and I know she's going to flip, so that's exciting.
4. What ideas do you have for your husband? Bike rack for the car, cologne, soccer ball, fleece jacket. Not the most exciting things in the world, but it's what he wants.

1. Have you started shopping? All I have done is started asking people what they want.
2. Will you black Friday shop? YES! Rusty LOVES to go shopping that day. We usually only hit up Home Depot, Lowes, Menards, and maybe Target if there is something we are wanting. This year we are specifically looking for a in-ground basketball goal.
3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? We are getting my mom a Kindle and I'm super excited about that!
4. What ideas do you have for your husband? This year it is going to be low key because I got him a basketball goal for his bday a couple of weeks ago. I'm not sure we will even get eachother anything. We will probably do like we did last year and each buy some things for Parker.
1. Have you started shopping? Yes. We don't have too many people to buy for, so we are actually almost done. Just have FIL and BIL to buy for still and need to pick up one other small thing for one of our nieces.
2. Will you black Friday shop? Unfortunately no Black Friday in Canada
3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? Not really. I'm just excited for Mackenzie's first Christmas, even though she won't know what is going on or remember it.
4. What ideas do you have for your husband? (this is the main point of the post lol) We don't do big gifts for each other, just stockings. So far I have picked up a "meat spice" kit from the craft show. I need to get the other stuff for it still.

3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? I'm super excited to give my MIL the Kobo Kate was kind enough to pick up for me a few months ago, I'm hoping she loves it. I'm also super excited to go shopping for our baby niece (she'll be 7 months old at Christmas and it will be the first time we meet her), I want to get her something fun, some kind of toy or some really cute clothes. I'm also excited to spend my first Christmas in VT with T's family.
4. What ideas do you have for your husband? (this is the main point of the post lol) NO IDEA! He is so hard to buy for, I asked him today what he'd like, but his response were things he wanted to put on our "joint" list, like for family members to get us, silly things like a new wireless router and other household stuff. I'm hoping to give him a BFP along with a sticky baby for Christmas, but I know I should get him some others things too. He's really not a tech guy though or into any neat gadgets, and there's only so much outdoorsy stuff I can buy. I'm thinking maybe some new running gear, but I'm not sure what else.
1. Have you started shopping? No, I bought my sister's birthday gift back in June (her bday is on Thanksgiving)... but haven't started anything else. I have a few things for my nephew that I just kind of accumulate that I'll end up giving him for Christmas, I think. I just have mom, two sisters, brother/SIL and nephew so a low key year...
2. Will you black Friday shop? Yes, lol... sadly mostly for myself. Since the divorce, I've had to reaccumulate things. For example, I've got my mom's TV now and need to get my own. I only have my school's laptop for a computer so I'll get one or the other depending on what is a better deal... can't afford both. I'll shop for the fam if I find good deals.
3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? I'm just starting to think about it but I'm thinking something awesome with a family picture for my brother/SIL... they just bought a house so something for them to hang/decorate with...

1. I've actually already gotten my mom's gift, so yes I have started shopping.
2. No. I avoid black friday like the plague. Might take advantage of online sales, but that's it.
3. I'm going to try to do a decorative painting for my sister that I saw on Pinterest, and I really really hope it turns out.
4. We don't get each other big gifts. I'm considering getting him that wireless TV headphone set that someone linked on here. Not for sure, though.

1. Actually, I am most of the way done. I am making 90% of our gifts to others this year, so I had to get all my supplies early so I'd have time to make them.
2. No, I have to work the day after Thanksgiving. Banks are open. dumb.
3. I am making a sock elephant for SIL#1 and a sock kitty for SIL#2, and I'm most excited about them!
4. We typically only do stockings and then PJs for each other, so he'll get that. He keeps saying he wants to get me a DSLR, so if we do that we'll probably "share" it.

2. heck yeah - Mom and I always go...not super early and we don't really go to target/best buy etc. but we do go out to brekkie afterwards
3. I bought a beautiful hand carved alaskan doll for my mom during our trip. I also bought one for myself, and she has been drooling over mine. Can't wait to see her reaction! We also bought some reindeer poop candy dispensers on the trip. totally classic.
4. I'm getting DH a pea coat b/c he bought a great hat during our stop in Victoria (I couldn't resist and also bought 2 cloche hats myself...). I think he'll look especially yummy w/ his coat and hat together!

(this is the main point of the post lol) So ever since we started dating (ahem - 11 years ago) Matt has been saying he WILL be at Fenway for the 100th Anniversary opening day. My dream is to get him opening day tickets. However, I know this is close to impossible. I have been asking around to see if anyone has connections, but I Have had no luck. I don't even care if I get him nose bleed seats, I just want to be able to get him the tickets.
1. Have you started shopping? Just started earlier this week. I just bought a couple things for Ryan so far.
2. Will you black Friday shop? Depends. We went last year for the first time and loved it but it depends on if there's any good deals on things we need/want.

Oh, and Ryan's stocking. I love getting him random things that he'll never buy himself.
4. What ideas do you have for your husband? I bought him the new Bush CD and the Steve Jobs biography. I know he needs some yard tools and a car jack that I may give him. Not 100% on all his gifts yet.
1. Have you started shopping? A few things from Target Daily Deals here and there. I've bought a few materials for things I'm making, but I need to get on that.

4. What ideas do you have for your husband? Nothing yet. Family and myself asked for a birthday/Christmas list months ago. Nada. I guess he doesn't want anything. (His bday is Nov. 27). Coal for him! Maybe I'll get him a gift card to a restaurant I want to go to and we can have a date night. I also like Kate's idea of a bike rack. It was too much this summer to load both bikes, baby seat attached, etc.

What are you looking at?
1. Have you started shopping? Surprisingly, I have not started shopping. We usually try to start in October so we (I) don't feel overwhelmed but that didn't happen.
2. Will you black Friday shop? I've been bouncing back and forth between going and not going. I think I've officially landed on "going". If anything, it would be good walking for me.
3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? I'm excited about having this baby be here for Christmas. I always like to give to others and watching their faces light up.
4. What ideas do you have for your husband? I asked him last night what he wanted. We originally weren't going to give gifts to each other because obviously we would have just had the baby. I asked and he said he wasn't sure. Then he asked me and I answered with as long as everything was good with the baby I was good to go. His response was "yeah, I guess the baby will do". lol he's crazy!

2. Will you black Friday shop? Highly doubtful. I'm not a Black Friday shopper when I'm not pregnant, and I have zero desire to do it when I am pregnant. Plus, I'm really hoping to be done almost all of my shopping by next weekend.
3. Any gifts you are especially excited to be giving? Anders "crafted" a few canvases-finger painting-for the grandparents. They will love them.

I need more, but as of now he's getting a few dress shirts, new dress shoes, slippers...he really wants an iPad, but that is SO not happening since he would never use it. It's a tough one because he isn't in need of any golf stuff, any beer brewing stuff, or technology items. Who knows....

I'm looking for a rocking bull for Wyatt (for his birthday, not christmas), but the only company in Canada that sells them is out of stock... I was REALLY excited about it, but now I'm just hoping I can get it on time.

He wants a utility tool for when he's out in the bush, and video games, as usual. I don't have anything really unique picked out yet.
