Thinking of all the service men and women today
Just wanted to say a thank you to all the service men and women on this board (and elsewhere!) today. I know there are a lot of service families on this board so it seems particularly appropriate.
My grandfathers, uncle and father served in the armed forces so I always take a minute today to think about that. Putting aside all the politics, I think it's amazing to do what they all do.

Re: Thinking of all the service men and women today
For sure.
My granddad is a Pearl Harbor survivor. He's my hero. My dad was drafted into the marines. Never went to war, thankfully.
We owe so much to the men and women willing to do these jobs.
I agree, since I'm not!
Bio
Absolutely! Many thanks go out to all those who have served, and our serving, our country.
Well said Pitt. Thank you to those who are willing to fight so hard for what we often take for granted.
For all of you abroad, I will be listening to patriotic country music for you
