As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. Can someone explain what LinkedIn is exactly? I get that it's the "World's Largest Professional Network" but is there much else to it?

I'm new to LinkedIn (joined about 24 hours ago and haven't fully completed my profile), but I had two HR representatives email me today. I'm wondering why I didn't join sooner.
Do you have the free version or do you pay for the added features?
