Talking with one of my sweet, dear students this morning and hearing the disappointment in my students' voices before school when they learned they were going to have a sub. They get sad when I'm not there... makes me feel good.
Taking a hot bath later....
Best part of my day so far was leaving work before 6pm!! First time all week (most nights this week I've been getting out between 7:15 and 8:15)!!
I'm definitely looking forward to curling up in bed and watching the Vampire Diaries (it's the mid-season finale, boooooo to no more shows till January), Grey's Anatomy and Private Practice!!!! Ooh and I'm also looking forward to NOT setting my alarm clock!!!
I've got an online happy hour with my writing group in a few. Pretty excited because today was shitty so a glass of wine and some plot talk sounds awesome.

I'm still search for some happiness in these past few days. Thank goodness I got to see the Little Lion on Monday or this week would be complete darkness for me.
But just being here with DH is the best part of my day
I got to Skype my husband today!! He was out of contact doing a desert survival thing since Halloween, I've been so worried about him, thinking if he was okay, sick, or hurt. But he's good, just very tired, sore, hungry, sunburned, and grew a horrible looking beard.
We got out official orders today, so I can finally be secure in our plans, especially those to move in a few weeks.
The Gorgonzola cream tortellini and broccoli and glass of wine I'm enjoying for dinner.

WHen I finished my 12th parent conference this afternoon. I taught until 12:15 and then went straight from 12:20-4:40!
Getting home from tutoring for 2 hours to enjoy a drink on the couch. I'm pooped today!
Oh yeah, and getting ready to watch Grey's Anatomy on my DVR with my McDreamy & McArmy!
