I think Penn State broke FB.
What's new with everyone? How are the new moms and pregnant girls doing? What's going on with the non spawners?
Re: Check-ins. What's new?
I'm so tired, and I have to clean the house tonight in preparation for the weekend. The wedding festivities begin tomorrow, and continue until the actual wedding. If I'm already tired, I can't imagine how I'll feel next Saturday.
I will be 36w tomorrow and I am suddenly swollen like a tick on a dog. My legs are like tree trunks, my ankles have been absorbed into my legs, I have old-lady fat feet, my fingers are like sausages, my face has puffed a little bit and I just have this tingly, spacey feeling throughout my whole body. I have very low blood pressure so I'm guessing this weird feeling is just from retaining water. My feet are elevated but it's not really helping.
Otherwise, the nursery is pretty much done and I started packing my bag last night.

Have you called your doc about the sudden swelling and spacey feeling?
did you get you blood pressure checked recently as in the when the swelling came on? it can skyrocketed over night with pre-e.
All good on the pregnancy front. We're starting to tell more people here and there, which is fun. We're telling our extended families on Thanksgiving, and then will go fully public after that.
Otherwise, I'm home today scrambling to get stuff done for the Stars Ball (the charity event I work on). I'm in charge of the silent auction this year, so there are a lot of little details to take care of.
Ditto this, mine went from normal/low to stroke level high in a week.
I have not yet as the spacey feeling has gone away. My legs are still a bit swollen but the tingliness has also gone away. But I suppose I should call them anyway instead of going into the weekend. My 36w checkup is on Monday morning.

Can't hurt to give them a call and let them know. I had pre-e too and I had major headaches and floaters in my eyes when my blood pressure got too high. Try to rest as much as you can!
Yes, you should probably call them now.
Be prepared that they might want you to go to L&D though instead of coming to their office. That's common once you reach full term.
Feel better, Jen.
Beagle - try to enjoy this next week!
As for me, I just found out I am cooking Thanksgiving for my family at my parents' house. Not my preference, but my mom broke her arm and my dad is getting surgery next week. Thank goodness we shortened the list to 10 people instead of 25. I've never made a turkey before.
I hate my job, which I feel terrible saying, so then I feel guilty which makes me feel worse.
Max is great-soclose to walking. Apparently they have been teaching the babies sign language at daycare so I asked if Max had picked anything up and they were so sad and said no, but quickly said "but he loves to wave!" made me lol.
today is our 5 year wedding anniversary and I got a lovely ring
