As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

If you have a smart phone you can turn off data and enable wifi only. I've been able to use my phone in Canada and Costa Rica without any problems or extra charges. If your wifi signal is good enough you should be able to make phone calls too, but I've never tried this.
this. except the phone calls. i've never heard of that....does that depend on your phone/carrier?

I'm not sure if it's all carriers, but I know T Mobile has it. A friend of mine was telling about it from the last time that he went to Canada.
