If you haven't started your prenatals yet (though I'm thinking you have), I highly recommend these:
They're totally free of any dyes, extra unnecessary chemicals (just read the "other ingredients" list on a regular pack of prenatals - it's scary!), and they also help with nausea (they have ginger and a couple other natural remedies). Anyway, thought I'd pass that on to you.
Re: **legalbritt**
Oh, don't worry about before. As long as you start now, you're fine.
Folic acid is great, though, and the more natural form you get it in, the better.
That being said, I took mine at night to help with the vitamin nausea. Also, you probably won't experience any morning (ha! more like all day) sickness until about 6 weeks.

My prenatals always make me nauseated unless I take 'em with food -- it's due to the iron.
So, I just take 'em with breakfast and all is well.
I'm sure you'll be fine to start taking 'em regularly now!

i love the gummy ones!
Gummy vitamins are the only non-vegetarian thing i eat (gelatin), and i will continue to do so, since just the smell of tablet multis makes me gag.
