As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Afternoon ladies!
It's been a while but I wanted to stop on by to say hello! Carter is currently napping and DH is in Vegas for the weekend with his brothers.. so we've got the house to ourselves! Even our doggie is on vacation at the kennel, getting all groomed and playing with other doggies for the weekend. I've been a little busy with starting back to work a few days a week. I'm actually back at the place I worked at in college since the manager has always been so accommodating and will work around the schedule I need for the baby. So.. score one for that. But I'm making pennies compared to what I was before.. but that is the sacrifice I am willing to make to be home with my little dude 5 days a week!
So.. who's ready for Thanksgiving and Christmas?! I am super stoked about the upcoming holidays. I guess it's a combination of not having to bust my ass overtime in retail this year and experiencing everything with a baby in tow!
Welp.. I heard a little whimper. Looks like I'm off to be mommy again! Have a great weekend.. and Happy Veteran's Day to those who have served, are serving in your lives!

Howdy stranger! I'm glad things are going well for you - and holy crap I can't believe how old Carter is. Time has FLOWN.
I decided to stay home today to write, and wound up accidentally taking a two-hour nap
I think overall I've actually been more productive than I would be at work, since I was constantly getting bothered all this week. Right now I'm Christmas shopping online!
