History buffs/ Twitter

A history student at Oxford started @realtimewwii which tweets WWII as if it was today.  It's a 6 year project and is in the fall of 1939 at the moment.  IT's pretty cool and a huge under taking!

Plus random things.  Like:  All poisonous snakes and insects at London Zoo have been destroyed, to avoid air attacks releasing dangerous animals into St. Regent's Park.
