I just had an arguement on our base spouse page (fb) with a girl who said she was just as much in the military as her husband and therefore should receive free meals on Veteran's day too.
Of course I couldn't let that slide so I said something. Then a few people jumped on me for being rude. Lol.
Anyway it made me realize that I really miss this page and all the smart, wonderful women on it.

Re: I miss MN
We miss you too!!
(And OMG look at how much hair your LO has!! Baby S is jealous.)
OMG, I'm going to use that one!
It is out of control! It hangs in his eyes and I need to trim it but I'm scared to mess it up.
How is your little guy doing? I can't believe how big these babies are getting.
Wow! The Chilis here offered it to anyone with a military ID, including dependents. I was extremely shocked when they said that and didn't expect it at all.
I hate the sense of entitlement some spouses have about stuff like this.
It drives me insane. The girl said they went to 5 different places today just to get free meals.
Luckily I get my daily dose of Stan on FB.
I can't believe how big your handsome little guy is already! Time is flying by!
Not only is her sense of entitlement out of control, but the lines are crazy long at all those places today. I can't believe they took the time to go to 5 different places. Idiot.
It is crazy how fast these past 7 months have gone, just insane. And I can't believe your little man is almost here, so excited for you!
That lady is ridiculous!
And how on earth is J so big already?! Love that hair!
I'd be nervous to trim it too. I still get nervous trying to cut his nails...
S is good. He's bound and determined to learn to walk, but refuses to learn to pull himself up first. He just lays on the floor doing a push up and whining until someone comes stands him up.
I'm seriously just so fond of you girls.
It flys by! How are you and Miss "sweet Caroline (ba ba ba)"? That joke never gets old does it?
That is so funny. Is he crawling yet or just scooting? J started crawling on the day he turned 6 months and I swear the boy is ready to run. If he follows the same pattern as my husband and I, he'll be walking by 10 months. Which I am not ready for!
HAHA, no seriously...I can't quit you bishes.
He has the commando/army crawl down to an art, and man can he book it!! He's trying to figure crawling out, but would really much rather focus on cruising and pulling up. C is hoping he learns to walk by 9-10 mons b/c the other daddy in his shop has been bragging non stop about his boy walking at 10 mons. Silly boys making it a competition.
I for one am learning just how un baby-proofed our baby-proofed home is...lol.
