Anyone else see J. Edgar?
It was good, but I felt like there was something missing. Its overall rating is lower than I expected. I was a little distracted by the lighting, which I thought made the makeup too obvious.
Leonardo was much better in the scenes where he played an older Hoover. I don't see him getting the Oscar for this, which is a shame because he was my pick. Armie Hammer was really good as Clyde Tolson.
I don't know... this was good but not great...

I saw the movie last night. I didn't really have any expectation, but I was kind-of disappointed. Not sure even why.
The makeup was pretty bad though. I think they did a bad job of aging the actors.
