happy saturday...err Sunday
Good morning! I'm stuck at work, so I figured I'd start the thread this morning in case anyone is around.
I got some good news last night. The partners at my friend's firm want to meet me for lunch in the next week or two to discuss the job opportunity they've come up with. The pay is really low, but more than what I make now. In my head, I'm just thinking of what this could lead to in the future. Not to mention, it's actually putting my expensive degrees to good use. Fingers crossed, but I'm trying to not think about it. I'm sort of terrified to have a big girl job.

I'm excited for you to get a big girl job, as hard as it is being a working mom, it keeps me sane.
Today I'm home with Myles, we took Sully to the groomers today. Let me tell you juggling the dog and the baby was really hard, but sully was really good about it. I went to a wedding last night and danced so much and so hard that my legs are on fire today. I tried to go downstairs to do laundry and my legs were like "are you kidding me right now" It was so much fun though!
Good luck, vibes headed your way. I have a buttload of homework to do today, since I am missing class this week for work. Ira Glass was amazing, and really funny. He is the coolest nerd I have ever met (and by met I mean see speak).
It is super cold here and we had a nasty snow/ice storm, so my other goal is to leave my house as little as possible.

Today is a lazy day for us, we haven't had a lazy Sunday in a while. Three day work week for me, we're headed to Vegas on Thursday, so I need to do some laundry.
I do a 40+ hour work week now, but my boss is super flexible, and I have crazy amounts of vacation time. It's just going to be so different with a job that actually requires me to think and not have the same flexibility as I do now. I don't think I've had to write a professional document in almost 5 years. It's a little intimidating.

Morning ladies! I've had a great weekend with E, so glad to be back together again and we're making a lot of progress on the apartment. I'll definitely post pictures when we're all done. Today we're headed out to watch the Eagles game, then more unpacking/organizing and I think my cousin and his wife are stopping by for a beer later this evening.

I'm tackling a lease review this morning while in my pjs. There is just something about doing it in pjs that makes it more tolerable than if I waited to do it at the office tomorrow. This afternoon, B and I are meeting some friends at a bar for the Bears game and a chili cook off. It's to benefit a charity another friend of ours is involved in.

This morning I ran a 5K race. It was fun and interesting. Today we are going to go buy 2 bookcases and put them together. Since we need FILs van to do the pick up, we 're going to order KFC and have them over for dinner.
Afternoon! I've had a great weekend! I ran 10 miles yesterday and then did the bulk of the errands. Then I went for a girls' night at a friend's house and hung out with her and a couple other friends and two adorable toddlers. So fun.
Today I ran an easy 3 miles and then spent the afternoon cooking. I have made lunches and dinners for the week. I am super excited to not have to worry about meals for the week.
Now I am thinking I will make up some apple crisp for dessert and fold a little laundry.

Good afternoon! I went to church this morning and finished knitting a scarf during and after the service.
This afternoon I had my Thirty-one party and it looks like I'll get about $40 of free stuff, plus some hostess bonuses, so yay! If you want to order, the party will stay open until Wednesday.
Later we are going to SILs for dinner.
