Seriously, I didn't realize until I typed it out that I am only cooking one night this week. This is not going to be good for my weight loss goals!
S-pork curry
M-lemon chicken, cous cous, squash/carrots
T-cheese enchiladas, rice, beans
W-chicken fried rice
T-sausage and peppers, garlic bread
F-turkey meatloaf, honey glazed carrots, mashed potatoes
Super boring this week.
S- Baked Potato Salad, Buffalo Chicken Bites
M- Chicken Ropa Vieja, Cilantro Lime Rice, Black Bean Salsa
T- Baked Southwest Rolls with Chipotle Dipping Sauce ( this was on last weeks menu plan but I made cilantro lime chicken tacos instead)
W- Skinny Chicken Cordon Bleu, Salad ( also on last weeks menu but K left a day early for his trip)
Th- Avocado Chicken Parmigiana, Salad
F- PAGAS's Chicken Enchilada Soup
S- Alice Springs Chicken (out back copy cat), Vegetable TBD
Tonight: meatloaf, mashed potatoes, zucchini
In no particular order...

Sunday- Chili even though it is hot
Monday - Chicken Pot Pie
Tuesday - BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches with corn and tator tots
Wednesday - Lasagna, garlic bread, and salad
Thursday - Short Ribs with potatoes and carrots
Friday - Out to eat
Saturday - Burgers

Mon: Leftovers
Tue: Oven fried fish, steamed broccoli, mac and cheese.
Wed: Working late, H is on his own
Th: Something from the freezer
Fri: Out, Jamaica House
S - pork chops with mashed potatoes and green beans
M - meatball soup with cornbread and a green salad
T - leftovers from Monday

M: Tomato Basil Soup with turkey and cheese paninis
T: DH has requested lasagna, salad

S- Fish Fry at the IL's. I made bacon parmesan hushpuppies, homemade cocktail and tartar sauces and beer batter shrimp.
M- Grilled steak, roasted potatoes, green beans.
Tu- Chicken pot pie.
W- Red beans and rice that didn't happen last week.
Th- Breakfast for dinner.
