  I've been hired by friends/family as an organizer and they generally paid by the day rather than hours worked. Although this isn't what you asked, I would re-visit their houses and feel disappointed to see my work demolished. I think the organizer is good as a jumping off point to get functional, then you should maintain. If you view the organizer as a be-all, end-all you will be severely disappointed. I don't know if you want an organizer for your house (like rooms) or for your schedule, but the principal is the same either way.... they get you back on track, and if you're motivated and stick to it, they can be a great tool to keep you running smoothly

  If you were looking for someone to help give you ideas of how to organize a space, she offers those services remotely for a reasonable fee. If you are in a situation where you need someone to actually help you do it, that wouldn't work but if you are just sort of stuck for how to organize things, she may be able to help.

  I believe PamandJohn still does some professional organizing...she came to my house last fall and was a huge help in solving some clutter issues
