Blah, T&P, and Adios!
So starting last night, I have been spotting. Went to the ER at midnight everything looked ok with the baby. Get up today and it is much worse, not just spotting any more. Went back to the ER, they do a much more thorough exam and say everything still looks ok. We had an u/s and saw the baby's heartbeat. They said the heartbeat was on the low side, but they think it could just be b/c I am so early. After spending 4 1/2 hours in the ER they let me go home. They said I am at a higher risk for a m/c b/c of the bleeding and low heartbeat. There is really nothing I can do, either I will or I won't miscarry. It is just a waiting game. Currently I am still bleeding with a small amount of cramping, but it isn't getting any worse.
After being let go, I went up to visit my grandmother (same hospital). She isn't doing well at all. Her mind is somewhere else. She is so confused about what is reality. It is really sad and scary. We are hoping she snaps out of it, but I am not sure it will happen the longer she stays like this.
As you all know tomorrow is our trip to Disney. I spoke with the doctors and was told by 2 different ones that traveling won't increase my chances of having a miscarriage. After a lot of talk and thought, we decided to still go. We would lose a ton of money if we didn't and we both need a vacation pretty bad. The doctor said to just watch the bleeding and to call or go to the local ER if it gets really bad.
So that is my last 24 hours in a nutshell. Our flight leaves at 7am and we are scheduled to come back late friday night. I hope you all have a great week. Any spare T&P, sicky baby dust, vibes and anything else you can send this way would be appreciated. My whole family needs it right now.

OH my goodness... you've had a time of it lately, hon... Hang in there and try to take it easy but also relax and have fun. As the doctors said, there's nothing you can do at this point so try to relax and enjoy your family time.
