Baby needs to sleep

Because momma is exhausted!

I don't know if it's her cold, growth spurt, excited about walking....but Sam was up for almost two hours in the middle of the night, and would only be calm laying on me but she restless nonetheless.  So I hardly slept after she finally fell asleep again.

Now my back hurts and I'm super late for work :(

Crappy start to the week. And I ran out of pumpkin coffee so I'm back to regular- another disappointment!

Hope everyone else had a more restful night!

Re: Baby needs to sleep

  • Ugh, that is exactly what LB was doing since 2 Thrusdays ago.  Thankfully, last night she slept from 8-6 and we are praying that phase is over.

I hope she settles in for you tonight because I can't imagine going to work after a night like we were having.

    **Sleep for Mama, Sam!**

  • I'm expecting a few mistakes today - thank goodness I don't perform surgery for a living!

Um....I cannot do this for two weeks! What are our little ones up to?!

  • I feel you!  Baby H is getting over bronchiolitis so for the past 2.5 weeks, his sleep has been ROYALLY screwed up.  He is out of sleeping in the swing and back to his crib but he was getting up every 2 hours.  We are JUST starting to get back to normal.  Last night, he got up once and didn't fight to go to sleep.  The night before that, he screamed bloody murder and woke up 2x.  Now my issue is, I have to wake him up from naps to get out of the house and he also wants to fall asleep nursing (after he ate less than an hour before).  He doesn't want the paci anymore (awesome) but he wants to suck on something.  I'm trying teething toys now.
