back and knee pain...

Im new to the nest and it seems like a good place for advice.  My Husband and I have bee together going on 8 years married for just over a month.  Sex has been great but we have some issues. I sprained my back in the spring and my knee at the end of summer as a result some if the more "interesting" posistions are now painful all around.  Does anyone have any suggestions in other posistions we could try that wontcause back ir knee pain? im at a loss and as and as fun as vanilla is i like to mix it up.

Re: back and knee pain...

  • If you're still having pain from injuries that happened months ago, you may well need some physical therapy or at least exercise to take care of that.
  • I had a really bad fall un feb. 2011 and sprained my knee in Aug 2011 and have done and am still under treatment for both, they feel fine with day to day activity and most exercise, but it is a problem during bedroom activities, i asked my doc and they just dont seem to get exactly what im asking.

I agree -- you need to see a doc; knee and back problems are nothing to sneeze at.

I don't know if you're overweight -- the more weight you carry around, the more stress and more pressure it puts on joints.

Try spooning or any position where you and he can lie on your side.

  • If your Knee and back are hurting maybe the best position is next to your husband as he is on top of another woman. 3-somes are great as I helped my husband out(and yes we have done a 3-some with another man). My husband is so thick that I wanted to watch another woman try to take him, well she couldn't butwe all had a great time even though my back hurt.
