Was I the only one trying to figure out where the bees are involved in a fairytale?
It's crazy that he killed someone who was trying to help him out by getting rid of those ladies.
Re: Grimm 11/11 *spoilers*
I didn't get the bee reference either.
I like the show a lot but the last episode reminded me a lot of Fringe for some reason.
Edit: Not saying I don't like Fringe...it's one of my favorite shows. This episode just reminded me of it a lot. I definitely think everything isn't going to be such obvious fairytales.
my read shelf:
I liked this episode. I'd been kind of on the fence about the show but I liked this episode enough that I think I'll stick with it.
This series isn't as good as I thought it would be. this was one of the shows I was really looking forward to but it's kind of falling flat.
I did like this week's episode though. I feel like there needs to be more of a focus for the overall series instead of a new crime/monster every week. IDK, something just seems off to me about this show.
This exactly!!! I'm not liking the new crime/monster every week... and maybe I wouldn't mind as much if, like you said, there was more focus on the overall series.
I thought she explained it to him ... she was there to protect him from someone else who wanted to harm him. The attorneys (hexenbeasts?) and the bees are enemies, too. After he shot her he realized his aunt told him to go after the bad ones. So, not all of the other Grimm characters are bad.
I agree. I actually did feel like this episode moved the overall storyline. The first two episodes were sort of just monsters of the week but I didn't think this one was. I felt like we learned a lot about the hexenbeasts and the main guy was warned that something is coming.
Seriously, I love Grimm's Faerie Tales and have a couple books of them and even I had no idea where this was coming from.
I have to say - I don't mind the monster of the week thing - but I was a huge Buffy fan which pretty much had the same premise.
