Random cd question - you've used/use swaddlebees right? I'm looking for a trimmer cloth diaper for my roly poly boy. He's thick in the middle and thighs and we have a hard time getting his pants to fit over the diaper! Some girls on a cd board recommended this brand for a trim diaper and I'm curious if you agree? They're much steeper in price, so I want to make sure before I make a purchase. Thanks!

Ana was built very much the same way. Her thighs were huge. I agree that they're not as bulky and fit around the legs better for chubby babies. Do you want to try one? I have a cow print that isn't girly. I also liked Happy Heineys but Swaddlebees were my favorite as well as blueberry. (same brand)
ETA: oops the cow print is blueberry brand. I do have a blue swaddlebees one though.
Swaddlebees website often does clearance sales where you can get good deals. I learned never to buy them from the local store because the price is way steep. I'd love to support them but price wins out.
You can buy them in good condition used as well. (Momsmilkbotique, jilliansdrawers, etc.) They're pretty easy to find. That might also be a good way to try them out if you're not sure.
I would definitely be interested in buying a used one to try it out. MrsReem, if you have one you'd like to sell, let me know. Sweetpea, if you want to check your group, that would be great!
I haven't tried the bumgenius elementals yet, but I might watch for sales over the next week with the Black Friday sales I know will pop up
