...for their 23 year old daughter! If a parent wants to buy their kid a house more power to them, but really?? A 3,500 square foot, $400,000 one?

I could get pretty much anything I wanted for 400k here. COL is sooo low! Of course, you would die when you heard waht they pay ppl as well.
$400,000 goes a LONG way around here. The majority of homes we sell are in the $125-$200 range.
i actually thought you could get more for $400K in tennesee for some reason.
that 23 year old is really lucky! i hope she appreciates it!
in my neighborhood you could not get a SFH for $400k, only a townhome. that's why i want to move! it sucks!
