i got off the el this am at 5th st and cut across where the liberty bell is and there was a lone occupy guy in a tent. lots of signs. ithis was the first time i have spotted anyone here. curious if he will be there after work. the park rangers dont take any ish they go nuts and blow whistles if you cross the street in the middle of the block.
just wondering if anyone had any thoughts on this, word is they are trying to get them away from city hall...do you think they will relocate?

Re: occupy
It's government property so it would be constitutionally tricky to ask him to move. I think they can ask him to move, but he doesn't have to comply.
When nps police get all crazy and tell you how to cross etc, I often think they are just looking for a lawsuit about infringement of personal rights.
