Re: **Srahness**
Thanks for asking...I am going nuts. I went in first thing this morning for bloodwork- HCG only. They said they won't test my progesterone until at least Thursday, because it won't have changed much before then. They told me that bloodwork would be done "Stat" and I should hear back today. I waited until 2:45 and called and left a message requesting my results on the nurse's line. It's 3:30 here now and I still haven't heard anything. The office is open until 4:30, so I really hope to hear back soon. I am trying to stay optimistic, but man it is hard.
(On a side not, you were right, that oral prometrium makes me exhausted!)
I bet you are... waiting is the worst. You have an ultrasound Wednesday, right? Crossing everything that you have a perfect little bean in there growing nice & strong!
And yes, that oral prometrium is the worst. But, it's worth it! Hang in there
Our crazy, wonderful life
Yes, we do have an ultrasound Wednesday. I am just crossing all of my crossables that this one goes better than our last one did. I will feel a lot better if this office will just call me back with some good beta numbers!
Thanks so much for thinking of me and all of the good vibes.
I eventually adjusted to the prometrium and it didn't make me as tired. The first few times I took it I had to take a nap just after. Eventually that went away, but regular pregnancy exhaustion was still there. I always took my with food in the morning and it helped control the side effects. I also took it at night, but I don't worry about side effects then.
Good luck at the US and I hope you get great news!
