Homeland 11/13 *spoilers*

I was beginning to wonder how far they could really take this show, but I LOVED the scene between Brody and Carrie at the cabin.  I was fairly convinced Brody was a baddie until last night.  I want him to be a good guy!

I also want the storyline with the wife and Mike to go somewhere.  I think they need to explore her feelings/stress over the situation more. I don't like how it's been kinda swept under the rug, when she really didn't do anything WRONG, considering she thought her husband was dead.

The daughter bugs the hell out of me.

  • The previews for next week's episode really opened entirely new directions for where this show could go! Very exciting. I love the idea of Brody getting into public office--that could get very interesting and would also make Seasons 2+ more plausible. I wonder who Brody killed if it wasn't Walker?

I really liked the cabin scenes as well--it seems as though Brody does have a very calming effect on Carrie, she didn't even have her meds and seemed at peace with him. I love the crazy dynamics going on between all of these characters.

He still beat Walker; only he beat him near death, not to death.

  • I LOVE Carrie and Brody together.  I'm sure their 'relationship' isn't over.

Oh I was confused because one of the flashbacks in a previous episode showed Brody also shooting a badly beaten black man then that man falling into a grave. I guess I just assumed whomever that was, was dead for sure.

  • I like Brody and Carrie together.  I didn't think I would, but I totally do.  They let their guards down (more for Brody, until he found out) with each other and it's refreshing to see moments of happiness for these two.  Well, that's shot to *** now.

It's going to get so crazy with finding Walker now.  I still want to know who the CIA mole is.

Brody's daughter annoys me too but what she told Mike at the end of the episode was sage advice.
