Sunday: Fend For Yourself - I had eggs and a bagel, DH had leftover chili, DD had a waffle and a banana

We (I) don't typically meal plan by day - but I will buy something to cook per night of the week and then decide what I want to make when I get home from work. So...we have,
- shrimp salad with tomato/cucumber salad
- baked fish with ranch seasoning and some kind of starch/veggie
- chicken parm (or other such chicken dish)
Sunday: Dinner at a friends house and oh was it yummy.
Tonight: Chicken nuggets and peas.
For the rest of the week I'm not sure, but I did run out to the grocery store this weekend and pick up some stuff. It all depends on what happens Wed-Friday. I'm scheduled for jury duty. I'm hoping to put a roast in the crockpot on Wednesday. The rest of the week, it all depends on my schedule. Plus I'm sure DH can handle dinner for the week. At least I hope he can.
Sunday - spinach, carrot and pasta soup with garlic and onions
Monday - fake chicken nuggets with salad
Tuesday - Butternut squash with asparagus
Wednesday - Mac n' cheese and broccoli
Sweet potatoes with something
Friday - probably pizza
Saturday - T-day dinner - Italian style with friends. You are supposed to take a traditional T-day meal/ingredient and serve it italian style, i.e. butternut squash raviolis, pumpkin cannoli, etc.
For the life of me, I cannot remember my list at home...
i LOVE this idea. i might have to steal it.
Sunday: herb crusted pork roast, caramalized onion mashed potatoes, fried eggplant
Tonight: Philly cheesesteak sloppy joes, fries

Thurs and Fri: not sure yet!
Sunday: We were lazy and ordered pizza.

Wednesday: Crock pot pulled pork, bbq rice and roasted broccoli
Thursday: Chicken Parm, Noodles, veggie
Friday: Turkey hot dogs, mac and cheese, grilled asparagus
Saturday: Honey glazed salmon, spinach and cornbread
