Funny conv w/ DH - Pinterest
I thought y'all would appreciate this conversation DH and I had last night:
DH: You're really in to this Pinterest thing, right?
Me: Yes
DH: I'm seeing it everywhere
(he's a Twitter addict, so I figure some of the people he follows Tweet their pins a lot)
Me: Are you seeing a lot of tweets about it?
DH: yeah, and then [mutual friend] just posted on Facebook that she pretty much doesn't do anything without consulting Pinterest anymore.
Me: Yeah, I get a lot of good ideas from there.
So, he goes to the site, and starts looking at it. I'm in the other room doing laundry.
DH: Oooh, come look at this. And this. This casserole looks really good. You'd look good in this dress.
Me: Yep, now you see why I'm addicted.

HA!!! that is awesome! i would love for DH to be into it because i pin things i like/want (hello, gift ideas!), recipes and crafts to try, etc...
something similar happened with DH and me and the nest!
also, curious how do you say pinterest? it is P-Interest?
I assumed it was pronounced 'pin-trest' but I could be saying all wrong!
i say it that way too.
confession: for the first month or so after people on the nest started talking about pinterest, I thought it was some beer brewing website. like "pint" (o'beer)-interest.
I'm slow.
