Ok, we are doing well this week, off to Singapore on Thursday again for a family weekend and a doctors appointment, looking forward to fresh air and good food again, not to mention drinking the tap water!

Ups: We had a nice night off on Saturday "sans enfant"!! Dinner, night away and my SIL minded N. And she slept through for them and had to be woken at 8am as they had things to do!
I've a lot of holiday days left for this year and can't take them this side of Christmas so I had planned to take a day a week from Feb to April and make it a four day week, but still full pay. And it has just been signed off!!! Yay!!!
Downs: None really. Though N came up with a rash all over her on Saturday morning and it freaked us out a little, especially as we were away that night. But it cleared up by Monday morning and we still don't really know what it was...

Ups: We had a happy M for a few days and started sleep training again. With any luck,in a week or two, we'll have cut out night feeds. I need something. I've been feedign her hourly around the clock for weeks again. Ugh. Just ugh.
Downs; W has another ear infection. Seriously. His 14th I think? And M has another virus which means sh'es going even further off eating solids. She's nursing like a newborn again and I'm so over it.

Ups: E was great this past weekend, she made it all the way through the legal wedding on Friday night and didn't even wake up to be baptized!
Downs: She's still not doing very well being away from me in the evenings which means that DH has a rough time on Mondays when I have class. This week she cried for 45 min after I left, then passed out for the last hour. I feel so bad for them both!

Ups: 7 more weeks!! I'm so excited. My second baby shower is this weekend and the nursery is alllll done waiting for Asher's arrival.
Downs: heartburn, peeing, peeing, heartburn. That is my life.

Ups: Our little guy is doing well. Two baby showers this week and 5 more days of work until maternity leave! Today is 33 weeks, so there really isn't that much longer to go!
Downs: I went to the doctor's last night. When she looked at the results from my NST, she mentioned that I am having contractions. BH or no, I have no idea that I'm having contractions and that's freaking me out a bit. I am having some cramps, but I wasn't feeling any cramps during the NST. I really hope that our little Pea stays put for a while longer.

Ups: My position at work unexpectedly changed and I am now working on a very low-stress project. I'm really happy about that as a few weeks ago, I literally walked out of the office at 2pm because I was completely overwhelmed. Now I feel like I have so much more time and energy to focus on baby-related things and I generally feel very calm because of it.
Downs: Lower back pain has come on with a vengeance. It doesn't last all day, but mainly when I sit for long periods or while I sleep.

Ups: M is finally loving being with a sitter since we have been back from S. Korea. This friend will be with him when I go into labor. My parents will arrive sometime soon after that. He had an absolutely wonderful time playing with her and no tears at all!! Yay!! And I got to go out by myself and have a coffee and dessert. She will come over this week to see and be apart of the the bathtime/bedtime routine.
Downs: DH is in S. Korea for a week and we miss him like crazy and I miss not being able to pass M to him for the bathtime/bedtime routine so I get take a breather.
Ups: He's talking a lot
Downs: He's teething again. It's been exhausting around here.

A couple weeks ago:
I went to the GP last week and we are going to start exploring options. Last week was really hard for me. I have to admit that having to go to the GPs and say that I think we might need help getting pregnant was difficult.
However, the GPs office was great. This is bad timing because I am out of the country when I am scheduled to O, but I am having some tests done and DH is going to get a S/A. Hopefully we will have a plan and we'll keep trying.
However, learning we might have fertility problems and that my grandma has cancer and has a max of six months left and knowing that the chances of her meeting her future great grandchild are slim to none hit me really hard. All the more reason I want to do whatever I can to get pregnant. Next month I will completely cut off caffeine (no point this month as DH and I will be in different countries when I O).

Coffee and cream, I understand completely that feeling of having to talk to someone about needing help, it is daunting to stare at the gauntlet of fertility issues and the realisation that it might not be the easiest road to get the baby that you want. I can't imagine the extra stress that having your Grandmother so sick would be adding to it. T&P for you.
I'm sorry you've had such a rough week and are dealing with so much at the moment. Hopefully the doctors will have some answers for you. Lots vibes and hugs going your way!
