I like the the big drawers it has, and the dark wood (solely since it won't clash with our dark furniture since it will be living in our family room! ha!). It also has lights and sounds, which most don't. We bought it 2 Saturday's ago when they had a $20 off coupon only good for that day. So, we got it for $119.99. It's his Christmas present, and it's not put together yet, so I don't have any first hand experience, but from all the research I did I thought it was the most bang for the buck.

Also - do you think it is age appropriate for DS? he'll be 16 months on Christmas Day. I need ideas for my parents.

Keri has this one and my kids loved it at her 31 party. She said it has held up well. B will be 20 months and my mom bought him a table, so I think the age is perfect!
We bought the TRU Imaginarium table for DS1 when he turned 2. Now both boys use it and I would say 16 months is perfect. He'll get years of use out of it!
