zomg, has anyone else seen the forecast for possible snow later this week? I'm really excited and I hope it snows.

I'm not sure about the snow. I do work at a school and get snow days so it either needs to snow a lot or not at all.
i have a migraine and have been complainy all morning. poor H who has to deal with listening to my crap. i will spare you guys because i like you.
snow all you want this weekend, i'm outta here. just don't affect my commute on friday/monday, and the snow and i can still be friends.
i literally cried this morning when i realized it was only tuesday, and not wednesday. okay i'll stop complaining.

Busy day today; taking DH to the dentist and then to work and then possibly out to lunch with a friend and then a childbirth class tonight. WHEE.
If it's going to snow, it had better snow enough for me to take a day off of work....
I am still flabbergasted/disgusted at the interview this morning on the Today Show with sh*thead McGee (Sandusky). I feel like I need to take another shower after listening to a few minutes of it.

Good morning!
I'm not sure about snow. This is supposed to be the week that our team does a test run of working from home, but that's still not set up. I love snow, I would love it if it snowed buckets this week, but I also don't want to deal with commuting in it.
I'm in the "how is it only Tuesday" camp today. It's already been a long week. After work today I have spin class, then a Costco run for a Thanksgiving dinner I'm in charge of for the college kids at church later this week. This week is crazy and I just want my 5 day thanksgiving weekend to get here already!

I just sent a follow up email about the job I interviewed over and over for. I haven't heard anything and they said they'd contact me either way. At this point, I feel i'll get my formal rejection letter - but at least I know.
It can snow all it wants, as long as my flight can get home from Vegas on Sunday night.
Yay snow! Especially if it happens on the weekend.
I am looking forward to Thanksgiving, can't believe it's next week! We are having a huge group of people at my IL's house. My MIL are I are each making a turkey and I will also be making stuffing and gravy. I love my MIL, she said she's looking forward to "playing Suzy Homemaker." She only has sons, and she loves having two daughters-in-law to do stuff like this with.
Looking forward to going home tonight. I really need to do a load of laundry, here's hoping I actually do it when I get home at 8:30.

So, DH and I kind of worked it out - I have to take some of the blame of what happened because I could have talked to BFF sooner so she could make other arrangements. He said that he told me he thought it wouldn't be a good idea this year, and that it was fine that she visits, just not all the other stuff. I had originally agreed, but didn't want to tell BFF no - and it just got to be too late to tell her. So a lot of it was my fault. So anyway, it's still happening how I want it, but with DH being mad that I didn't talk to him more about it and me not communicating with BFF to give her enough time to make other arrangements. So now things are tense, but okay.

Lib and snow naysayers -- Snow's not expected until the weekend, so you're golden. And with a low of 35F, it won't be sticking around.
Jenn -- hope you feel better soon! If your migraine doesn't go away on its own, acupuncture is a safe and effective treatment during pregnancy.
My dog tripped me going down our (wood) stairs yesterday, leaving me with a giant bruise on my hip/outer thigh, elbow, and ankle, and my knee is out of whack. I'm extra bummed b/c i am running a 5k on thanksgiving and i was going to run outside and time it today (the only non-rainy day this week).
