What kind of GF stuffing are you making? Cornbread? I'm looking for a good GF cornbread mix that everyone (or almost everyone) will like.

Thanks for the info! I am all about the cornbread stuffing, but thanks for another option! There is a Flying Apron next to my work, so I'll see what they have. As well as Whole Foods.
I will have to try the GF crust. I've only tried one so far, I will definitely give this one a shot. Thanks!

I grew up eating cornbread stuffing, so that's what I go with. It's so delicious! To me, cornbread IS the traditional stuffing! It must be a southern thing. I didn't know there were different ways to make stuffing until after we moved! My uncle grew up in New York and they had oyster stuffing. That just seems weird to me...
I'm using my Grandma's stuffing recipe, the only thing I need to change is the cornbread part (obviously.) I want it right now! Om non nom...
Edit: added more

I'm from Texas. Even though we moved when I was 10, I still consider it my home state. : )
We moved for my Dad's job. He sold band instraments and got a job with another company and that brought us to Seattle.
