Has anyone boarded their dog at Now Boarding?
Re: Has anyone boarded their dog at Now Boarding?
We haven't, but that's where my coworker takes her dog and they love it. One thing she mentioned that sounds awesome is that they're open 24 hours. You can pick up the dogs at any time.
If you're looking for other recs, we used to use WoofDah and absolutely loved them. The prices are a little higher ($38/day), but that's for no kennels at all, swim time, and includes a bath and nail trim.
The only reason we don't use them now is because we moved to the NW burbs. WoofDah is in Burnsville, so it's a little too far now.

I do, and I love it. As a PP says, it is 24 hours, so you can pick up and drop off any time of time. I've dropped off at 3:30 am. My dog handles it ok (she's skittish anywhere), and the staff are so, so nice. We actually go there for grooming as well.
One thing that may not be awesome depending on what you want is that the rooms are different sizes and thus different prices and then play with other dogs costs extra. My dog doesn't need that (though I do pay extra for some extra staff one-on-one time), but that may impact the price for others.
They also do a parking thing that seems useful if you don't live as nearby as I do. I will advise that it fills up really, really early for holidays. I booked in August this year for both Thanksgiving and Christmas, and I know that by early October they were basically full.
Late to the party - but we do board at Now Boarding, as well as doggy daycare from time to time.
We've had all great experiences, except the last time was a little goofy in a non-major way. They said that our girl Chloe ate all of our boy Jenson's food, and that they had to re-feed the dogs, and they ran out of food even though we gave them 4 days worth of food for a 2 day stay. It was odd because our dogs are NOT at all food territorial - Chloe is the slowest.damn.eater and has never once gotten into Jenson's bowl. Jenson eats so fast that I find it highly unlikely that he just sat around while Chloe ate all of the food. Our dogs have pretty severe food allergies, so we had to have an in-town friend go to our house, get dog food and drop it off at Now Boarding so our dogs could eat. Aside from that, we love it. Chloe got a tiny scrape in daycare once and they called us to inform us. I was so nervous/worried, until I saw it was hardly a scratch. They really seem to take safety seriously.
The add-ons can get expensive, as DutchGirl mentioned. Our dogs need extra play time than what is standard with boarding, so we basically end up paying for boarding + daycare every other day they board. It is more expensive than when we stay at hotels but I know they are taken care of very well.
They do offer a AAA discount, and have a rewards program although I am still fuzzy on the details of how the program works.
