Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

crap....or ...yeah!
The house I hope to buy is a foreclosure and I just heard that the bank plans to start the process to auction it.
I don't feel comfortable dealing with a property at auction so if it goes that route I'm sadly out.
But with the help of my amazing mom I may be able to put in an offer on it this week while it's list listed.
Its a low offer so there is a high chance of rejection but at least I will have tried
and fingers crossed they will accept it!!!
