We put in an offer on Saturday and they accepted today. As long as inspection and everything goes through okay, we should be moved in by February.

    Congratulations! My mom lives in Trinity Oaks also (I lived there for a few years in high school and college), by the other entrance. The Kinsmere Drive loop is 1.3 miles long, perfect for running. In case you were wondering... Wink Let me know when you're settled in, I'll come visit! Big Smile

    This is one of the things that sold me on it. The streets appear very well lit with sidewalks and seem pretty safe for running in the evenings. Totally looking forward to that. And! Actually being able to host a GTG.

    Exactly! There are some cosmetic issues and some appliances need to be replaced... But it isn't anything to wrinkle your nose at, ya know? The lender had pre-approved it, but they just have to accept our terms (closing costs, etc) and then we're all set.

    Nothing like a fresh coat of paint!!  My house is a rainbow and I love it!
