Picking up a shipped car in Dallas.

Has any had experience picking up a car in Dallas. We shipped our car and I was wondering if it was easy to pick up or a big hassle.

I haven't picked one up in Dallas, but I did ship a car from Portsmouth, VA to the UK. Both the drop off in Porstmouth and the pickup in the UK went very smoothly. They should let you know when it arrives at their depot. It may take a day or two to clear customs (not sure if they do this in the US, but they did in the UK, so I assume they probably do it), then they'll call you to tell you that you can pick it up. Just make sure you know what paperwork you need to bring with you, and you should be fine. And, like always, make sure you do a thorough walk-around of your car to make sure it hasn't been dented/dinged/scratched:-)

We recently picked up H's from the Dallas VPC and it was amazing. By far the cleanest and most organized center I've been through. Everyone was very helpful and the process was very easy. My car just got in, so we'll be going back soon and I'm actually not dreading it in the slightest.

Thanks for your help. This is our first time shipping a car and I was wondering how it was. Now after we pick it up, there will be a long car ride to el paso.
