Re: Poll: Napping
I have the opposite problem. I take naps multiple times a week and I don't feel like this is normal for an adult.
I took a 3 hour nap yesterday after work. I'll probably take another one today.

However, I can't just take a nap to take a nap, I have to want to take a nap - if that makes sense.
Saturday we spent some time in downtown Chicago, we came back to the hotel for Zac's nap, the room was all dark and quiet - so I napped too.
I hate when you wake up from a nap and you're all confused, like it's 6:30 and dark ... is it AM or PM. How long was I asleep??
Our crazy, wonderful life
Before Tessa, I would nap almost everyday with Taryn. Since Tessa, I'll still nap a couple of times a week--but only when they both decide to sleep at the same time.
I love naps

In College I napped most afternoons from like 3-5. AMAZING. Oh, College.
Now, nearly never. When I was home with Jane I used to lay down and watch TV while she napped (productive!) and sometimes doze but not often.
