What's your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Mashed potatoes? Oh and family.
Least favorite? Needing to get up early to drive to NJ

Do you watch the parade? We are usually driving when it's on, but I think we catch the end.

2012 Reading Challenge
Least favorite? That dinner is always scheduled so that we have to leave the house just before Santa comes on TV.
Do you stay home or travel for the day? Travel, technically. But, both my grandparents (where we go, switch off every year) are only 15 minutes away.
Do you watch the parade? Yes! I don't and watch the whole thing, but it's on. Love it!
Holiday movies or football on tv? Football during the day, holiday movies at night.
Have you started Christmas shopping? A little. Mostly thinking of ideas. I found the perfect thing for my brother yesterday that I'm super excited to give him.
Will you go out at midnight? Nope. I don't handle those crowds well. I get panic-y.

Least favorite? Having to help get the house ready. My mom becomes a basket case.

Do you watch the parade? Some of it. I lose interest pretty quickly though.
Holiday movies or football on tv? Football during the day. Movies at night.
Have you started Christmas shopping? Ugh, no. I'm usually so good about shopping throughout the year so it's less stressful. I've been bad this year though. Plus it seems that everyone's hung up on what to get everyone else.
Will you go out at midnight? Not this year. I have the past 2 years, but that's because we were with the IL's and the outlets open early. I can handle that type of foot traffic.
Least favorite? I hate traveling.
Do you stay home or travel for the day? Always travel, I would love to stay home one time.
Do you watch the parade? It's on but we don't sit down and watch it.

Will you go out at midnight? No way, I won't have the ability to anyways, but I wouldn't even if I could.

What's your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? food. and spending time with family
Least favorite? specifically about this year - the fact that I offered to host as a way to avoid a 2 hour drive while 38.5 weeks pregnant. Luckily, it's just my parents and sister, but the thought of potentially going into labor while they're here is stressing me out a little!
Do you stay home or travel for the day? this year we are staying home. typically we travel (either to my parents house in VA or on the Cape)

What's your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Spending it with family. I'm just ehhh about the food. I don't eat turkey unless it is on a sammich.

Will you go out at midnight? yep! mom and I go and this year my brothers girlfriend (who just moved into my parents with him for the winter) will be going with us.

Least favorite? the drama that can come with holidays. Also I have had to work very long hours every Thanksgiving week for the last 9 years only having Tday off.

Do you watch the parade? Yes. I was in it in high school so I like to watch the group that I went with. It's all the HS dance teams together. It was cheesy but also lots of fun. We had to wear matching clothes the entire week.

What's your favorite thing about Thanksgiving? Cooking, I love to entertain!
Least favorite? Fitting time in to go everywhere. Also this year my brother, his gf (who also is my bff), and nephew will be in Disney for Thanksgiving this year so I hate that I don't get to spend it with them. My brother and I have never had a holiday apart and I hate it!
Do you stay home or travel for the day? We will go to Andy's aunts house who lives about 10 mins away but then we are having my mom, and Andy's parents over for dinner.
Do you watch the parade? I might have it on when I get ready but I don't sit and watch it.
Holiday movies or football on tv? Football! Last year the Bengals played and it was awesome to watch the game on Thanksgiving

Will you go out at midnight? Yep! My plan is to hit the outlet mall at midnight and work my way to Target, Kohl's, and the mall. Last year I was out from 10pm-730am and I had a blast! I love being in the crowd and running for the great deals!

Have you started Christmas shopping? Umm, NO. And I don't know how much we'll do. The baby doesn't need gifts... we will probably get for my ILs, something small for SIL and hope for something small for my family though my sister/ brother tend to think of elaborate gifts for the parents.
