KC hotels
We are planning a trip to KC for our wedding anniversary. I'm planning on taking DH to the Boulevard Brewery as a surprise! Any recommendations for a hotel?

If you are going to the brewery, stay close to downtown. Pay close attention to the star/reviews as hotels get sketchy pretty quickly as you get outside of downtown. Also close is the Plaza (all hotels there are great), Crown Center (as the pp mentioned), or Westport (the Quarterage, or I think they call it the Q now, is awesome). All are within 5 miles of each other.
What else will you be doing? That might dictate more where you stay. If I was going, I'd stay on the Plaza for sure.

A second vote for the Hyatt Regency. I also like their restaurant, Skies. It revolves and you can see a great view of the city.
