Astros to the American League
What are your thoughts on it?
Will you attend more or less games because of it?
Are you happy for the DH?
I am selfishly happy because it means I will get to see my Orioles play in person every year, but I am sad for the city. The Astros have such a great history in the National League and I hate the evil Selig is putting the fans in this terrible position.
I will probably still go to the same number of games, but I am not happy for the DH. I prefer the strategy and quickness of the NL games.

Re: Astros to the American League
I wonder if they started trading people because they knew they would ultimately go this route...?
I am a little bummed because a couple friends of mine play in the NL (for the Braves and the Diamondbacks) and I'll no longer get to see them play here, but I think the change of "scenery" might be fun. However, I will be totally confused as to who to root for during Rangers/Astros games--the home team I guess?

wtf is up with my teams (aggies and astros) jacking everything up for next year?!?!??
i don't like it.
Gahh. I feel like we're starting over. I'm not a fan of the DH so this will be interesting.
I'll go to games still to see the new teams we're up against. But Rangers fans drive me crazy. Very similar to Cowboys fans- wait same animal.
but if you stay in AL, at least the aggies will be televised and/or playing close to you more often...
i know; that's the only bright spot. although this year, i've been able to watch every game except for last week's. i will be able to go to more games though.
This.

have to ask... why do y'all hate ranger fans? I really grew to like the team.

I don't like it at all. The whole DH thing is no big deal to me.
But it'll be strange watching games against all new teams. We've been in this league/division for so long, and I've been watching them play these same teams my entire life. No Cubs. No Cardinals. No Braves or Giants or Mets. Just weird.
