Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

s/o Gift Ideas for Direct Reports (WR)
i have three people who report to me. I am struggling with what to give them for the holidays. Thoughout the year I give them $5-$10 g/c if they have gone over and above. I know one really well, so I will get him a good bottle of wine. The other two I just inherited, so I am not sure what to do. Suggestions?

I think something generic like a gift card to Target or a grocery store is always useful.
