i like paper crafting, but haven't had time for it lately. i also like photography, traveling, cooking, eating, sleeping, chitchatting...
How do you like to decorate (colours, style)?
simple. we don't like to have too many things that you would be able to date "that's from 200x year". we don't like to do anything super trendy. most our furniture is espresso colored, with a neutral-tan couch. all our picture frames are black wood.
What colours do you like to wear?
i think anything except green. i wear most colors. i'm not afraid of yellow-gold, like a lot of people are.
Do you have any strong feelings about edible gifts? Handmade gifts?
no strong feelings either way. i like personal touches, and however you find a way to do that, is wonderful.

i'm not christian, but i'm not opposed to it, but i'd rather not get something with scripture etc written on it, but i *do* have christmas trees, santa, etc...the non-christian-christmas-stuff. and i'm allergic to latex. so no love-gloves for me

oooh that's a good one. no candles, no lotion, no "generic gifts". i have plenty

i love things from pier1, cost plus..."unique" things, but they have to be practical, too. i love kitchen stuff from c&b, william sonoma, pottery barn, etc..

What are your interests/hobbies? Knitting, reading, watching movies, cooking, and baking. How do you like to decorate (colours, style)? Pastels, mostly blues, greens, purples. I like cozy modern, with a European flair - French/Italian bistro-ish. If that makes sense? What colours do you like to wear? Jewel tones - pinks, blues (blue is a favorite!), black, prints. Do you have any strong feelings about edible gifts? Handmade gifts? I like them generally, but it depends on the style and/or what was made, really. But I do appreciate gifts that were made thoughtfully specifically for me. Any relevant information regarding allergies, religious preferences, etc.? Um - well, I'm allergic to penicillin, but I doubt that has any bearing here. I love kitchen gadgets, Crate and Barrel, Williams-Sonoma, etc. I also love sparkly jewelry (doesn't have to be real - I'm totally okay with costume jewelry), I love chandelier-type earrings, I'm not a bracelet person, and I'm sort of picky about rings. I'd love some nice yarn in pretty colors (yarn that isn't synthetic is wonderful), and knitting accessories are also great (bamboo needles in different sizes, etc).

Hiking, camping, photography, journaling, card making/paper crafts/book making,
Scandinavian/eclectic/craftsman (natural materials, hand-made/craftsman styling, rich earthy colours)
Light dusty blue-green, brown, cream
Blues, purples (w/black), not yellow, orange or red (dark reds are ok)
Both are great. I love handmade!
Vegetarian (egg is fine, as is dairy if it's noted as an ingredient; prefer no leather or feathers, but wool/silk are fine).
I'm sensitive to chemical fragrances (essential oils don't bother me).
Lotions, soaps and such, for the most part. Hats.
Vanilla and similar scents are nice; i don't prefer floral scents
Things i don't love: plastic, disposables
Paper source, Pottery Barn, Pike Place, Etsy
Best sound ever: baby's heartbeat! (Heard @ 10w1d)
