In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Hi from the hospital...
Hey ladies...update from me:
I had lab work done today and my doctor called an hour later and told me to get to the ER because my hemoglobin was extremely low (5.4) and I needed to get a blood transfusion. One of the things i've been dealing with in all this kidney failure stuff is severe anemia. So, i came in and they've given me 2 bags of blood but they did admit me for some more testing. I have a lot of wierd out of whack things that they are monitoring as well (high potassium=bad for my heart, etc).
Anyway...i'm bored. H is here for now but i may kick him out at some point to get sleep. Hospitals are boooorrrring.

Wow.
I honestly didn't realize everything was so bad. I have only been able to check in on the board randomly so I feel like I missed a lot here. I;ll be thinking about you and I hope things take a turn for the better.
I hate that you're sick. I hope you are back on your feet before no-time. Did they give you any idea before you might be discharged? Doesn't sound fun so I hope you're outa there soon!!
